At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

So, after applying for the London Marathon this year; thinking I'd never, ever get a place, guess what... I got a fucking place. Typical. So now I have to run 26.2 miles on Sunday 28th April 2019.

The great news is, you don't have to run 26.2 miles on Sunday 28th April 2019, but you do have to donate money for a very worthy cause that's close to my heart for personal reasons: Alzheimer's Society.

This charity is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until they find a cure, they will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, and able to live in their community without fear or prejudice. And that's why they need as much help as they can get from you guys.

So, if you're wavering on whether to donate or not, just imagine me; crying into my bumbag with less than half the toenails I started with at the 18th mile, and dig deep, yeah?

Thank you

Annsie. x
