I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of Hospiscare, having worked there since 2016, and I want to support them by raising money as part of my participation in the Himalayan Trek 2020. 

It's also a once in a lifetime opportunity to be braver and more adventurous than I ever imagined possible for me, and to give back, as the event includes volunteering in Kathmandu Hospice.

I will be training very seriously for this, and sharing my progress often. Prepare to be bored! I will also be really grateful for any fundraising ideas and help! Ray and I will be donating a fair amount ourselves to cover the costs of my travel, accommodation etc. So anything you donate or help with will go to the charity.
