Last year to raise money for the Hospice, I set myself a huge task of training and completing the Cardiff Half Marathon.  

This year when asked about raising funds, Stacey gave me a choice of doing the Cardiff Half Marathon again or jumping out of a plane at 12 thousand feet.  So i thought jumping out of a plane was less training, less painful with a quicker outcome!! lol
