For the past 4 years I have got to know a lot about the inspirational work of Nottingham Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre (CBTRC) through my role as Director of Research, and then Dean, of the School of Medicine, University of Nottingham.

CBTRC is at the forefront of research to find better cures for children's brain tumours, and they are also working to help ensure that life-saving treatments cause as little long-term disability as is possible.
