KILIMANJARO HERE I COME  

I have undergone life changing events other the last 4 years. This been the case it is beating all the odds. I was once 21 st in weight, unhealthy and unfit. 

I wasnt able to run around with my kids. I wasnt able to do much for myself at all. It was only a matter of time before those bad decisions i was making were going to cause me problems. I made the hardest step ever in january 2016 to step outside of my comfort zone with Compass Health and Fitness. I underwent a programme they had at the time, scarboroughs biggest loser. It turned out to be the best decision i could of made. Between learning about nutrition and exercise my life was been turned around. My health seemed to be improving slighlty. Well this was all enough to make me want more and dig on in. The group support was one of the biggest things that helped. It made exercise fun. It since got took away and replaced with a new programme called "new direction". This is footed by rachel and myself. We are there giving everyone just what i got.

9 and half months later i was weighing in at 11 stone and 4lbs. I had been approached to become a fitness instructor by Compass. I took this opportunity with both hands and have since become a Personal Trainer with extra qualifications in the industry. 

Over the last few years i have challeneged myself a number of times but nothing to big. Well now its time to. I have made a choice its time to challenge myself. 

If i only inspire one person then that is one persons life changed so makes it all worth while.

On the 17th of September i will begin my journey to climb MT KILAMANJARO.

I will be posting all my progress throughout the months leading upto this too.

I hope that between our community and social media i can spread this far and wide and hit my target
