We are 5 friends (2 walking and 3 supporting) who will be walking 150 miles from the Somme in France to Staplehurst in Kent for Help the Heroes.  Between us we have served for 29 years with the 2nd Battalion The Queens Regiment.  We will be leaving Kent on 9th April and will be starting our journey from the Somme on 10th April 2010 and are hoping to complete it within 7 days.
