Mental Health is something that has affected many close friends and family in different ways throughout my life. From my personal experience it's something we rarely talk about openly but is still there. I got into running a few years ago as a way to help with my own troubles. 

I want to do my part to help those fighting their quiet inner battles, to raise awareness and make sure more people know they are not alone - there's always someone to turn to.
