We decided that we wanted to challenge ourselves to run further than we easily can. We agreed that if we were going to put the effort into training we would ask our lovely family, friends and acquaintances to sponsor us. A family friend was recently diagnosed with MND and together we wanted to do something to support him and others with the diagnosis, this felt like the right thing.
