In support of our fantastic chosen charity Midlands Air Ambulance, the crack team of athletes at A-Plan Insurance Shrewsbury have pledged to sweat, bleed and almost certainly cry our way through 2017 by undertaking the following gruelling events:

Chris: Brighton Marathon - April

Andy: Tough Mudder (12 Miles of Pain!) - May

Callum: Shrewsbury Half Marathon - June

Debbie: Black Country Half Marathon - July

Josh: Whitchurch Skydive - September

Emma & Karen: Hadnall 10k - October
