Arabella's Half Marathon for Anthony Nolan

Edinburgh Marathon Festival Half Marathon 2016 · 29 May 2016 ·
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!
I've decided to run the Edinburgh Half for Anthonly Nolan, to help them on their mission to cure blood cancer and blood disorders.
They cure cancers, like leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma, by matching blood stem cell donors to blood cancer patients.
Stem cell transplants mean that a patient suffering from a blood cancer can have new, healthy stem cells in their bloodstream to start to produce healthy red and white blood cells, and fight off the cancer.
Anthony Nolan steps in by matching potential donors with patients desperately needing a transplant, as well as providing vital support to individuals and families.
I'm thrilled to be fundraising for them, to help them on their way to matching even more donors to patients. The money raised will go towards expanding the Donor Register, making more matches, and saving more lives.
If you want to know more about Anthony Nolan and the work they do, see their website here:

If you're a student at St Andrews and want to see if you could be a match, come to one of the Marrow St Andrews' clinics to join the register:
