Hi my name is Ariana-Rose and Im 4 years old,I live in carshalton with my mum dad and best friend Ralph the dog.

When I was 7 months old doctors found an arachnoid cyst on my brain that was blocking my cerebral spinal fluid causing hydrocephalus. After emergency brain surgery I ended up in intensive care where it was all a bit touch and go but 4 years later and I'm still here and will live with my arachnoid cyst and hydrocephalus for the rest of my life.

I've done so well over the last 4 years with intensive therapy and just started school, with your help and donations I was able to walk through the gates and have my wheel chair on hand for when I get tired.

Please help me raise money to assist with my ongoing physio therapy and equipment that will allow me to access my education and learn to build up the muscles in my hands and fingers to write like my friends.

I've just started rebound therapy to build up my muscles even more so I'm ready for sports day next summer.

Should we exceed the target amount (or if we do not raise enough funds, or if they cannot be used for any other reason) the funds raised will go to the general funds of Tree of Hope to assist other sick children.
