Myself and Lauren haven't had the best year following the sudden loss of our Son Alfie. Anybody out there who has children of their own will know the impact they have on your lives; for the better of course. As you can all imagine it's not been easy and at times you feel it would be easier to just give up altogether but I've been thinking for a while now how I could make some good come of this situation. So instead of giving up I can do some good in Alfie's name by raising some money for The Lullaby Trust! My first challenge is to complete The 3 Peaks Challenge within a 24 hour window on the weekend of 19th May 2017. Myself, childhood friends Kieran and Kyle, Alfie's Grandad Ian and close family friend Ben who are all keen to do something for a fantastic cause also are aiming for success. It is now time to get my head down, keep goals in site and make Alfie proud; even though he cannot be bought back the love I and many others have for Alfie will keep us strong and fuel the fire in my heart. Let's do this!!!!
