On 6th Nov I'll be cycling in Southern Israel over 300kms, and up 3600m, on the Wheels of Love ride (www.alynride.org) to raise money for the Alyn Children's Hospital.

Alyn is Israel's premier Pediatric and Adolescence Rehabilitation Centre and is one of the world's leading specialists in the treatment of children, regardless of religion or ethnic origin.  The team do a heroic job looking after the children who live with a range of severe physical disabilities including trauma and head injuries from terror attacks and road accidents.

Any donation will be massively appreciated and help improve the lives of these amazingly brave kids.
