Event: Run Santa Run, on 2 December 2018
We provide respite breaks to young carers and vulnerable children

Story

The Aspire Harriers is a running club created by NJC's Jason Edwards.

Jason was inspired to create the club after seeing a few of his colleagues run in another charity event and believed it would be great to have his Aspire colleagues running together from all different service partners who are part of Landsec’s aspireasone.

The club encourages fitness and a platform to attend with others of all different levels as well as meeting new people. The clubs is 25 strong and several members will be participating in the Santa Fun Run with Honeypot as their chosen charity.

Runners participating, Jason Edwards, Charles Walden, Russell Southern and Francisca Cumbicus.

About the charity

Honeypot’s vision is for every child to make the most of their one chance at childhood. Since 1996 we have been working to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and young carers aged 5-12 years by providing residential respite breaks and on-going outreach support.
