Nine of us are taking part in a Tough Mudder to raise money in memory of our dear friend, James Cogan, who sadly passed away in January 2019 shortly before his 42nd birthday. 

We are in the main overweight and unfit; James being completely the opposite! We thought this would be a good event to honour his memory. We're sure James will be looking down on us laughing his head off as we get covered head to toe in mud!
