In memory of my wife Sarah and as a promise to her, I signed up to
the challenge of walking 100km in 4 days through the Atlas Mountains, ending in the Sahara Desert. This is something way out of my comfort zone. Those who know me, know I'm not a fan of any form of Cardio!

I have decided to raise awareness and a bit of cash for the Cancer Relief Charity in Gibraltar. They are the unsung heroes in my opinion, helping those whose life has been impacted by this awful disease. It’s not just about patient care, the carers or the family’s emotional turmoil during, but the aftercare for those who are grieving lost ones or patients in remission. The support and empathy they give is priceless. Somethings just can’t be talked about with a family member or mate in the pub. At Cancer Relief, they are the release you need to let things out and talk about how you are feeling, give advice and above all, listen!
