I am now 29 days into a self inflicted medical experiment that started with a plan to abstain from cheese for 10 days. I am extending it another day for every £5 donated to Shelterbox. Some might think this an easy task but for a Cheese-Fanatic like me, this is a big, big ask!

The weekends are the toughest part; what goes into a sandwich that is not cheese, what can you get from a pizza shop without cheese, a burger shop has cheese on everything! It is tough so please support me even if just for another day, to keep me going.
