Batley Bulldogs Independent Away Travel group members Mick Binks, Nick Sowerby, Mick Gothard, Steve Curnin, Ha Nif and Ben Thirkill (in conjunction with Batley Bulldogs Rugby League Football Club) are embarking on a four day, one hundred and five-mile walk to Barrow in advance of the Bulldogs game with the Raiders on Sunday 6th May, taking in places such as Skipton, Ingleton and Ulverston on the way. The objective to raise money for Breast Cancer. This is in alignment with the magnificent ‘Pink Weekend’ Charity event that the club now runs on an annual basis.

Please see the following link for more details in
relation to this:

The group will camp out (rather than enjoying the luxuries of hotels) each night and cook their own food as part of the ‘survival’ style experience.

Your support for a fantastic cause would be massively appreciated.

And we would walk 100 miles for you!
