This is more than just ticking something off my bucket list, this is thanking St Catherine's for the amazing work they do and to help them keep doing what they do best!

It is hard to fully appreciate how helpful they really are until you need them.

The work St Catherine’s and the Hospice at Home team do day in day out is like no other. They provide amazing care and support for the whole family in very difficult times. This is a thank you to them all and a way to help them continue their amazing work!
