Heard of pulmonary fibrosis? I hadn't either, it means scarring of the lungs, and is a devastating condition with no current cure. 

I’ve particularly running for two people who I work with who are living with pulmonary fibrosis, and also happen to be hugely positive, dedicated and very funny. Their energy is very contagious and made me particularly passionate to this cause. The daily strength it takes to face this condition is unimaginable. 

This is the furthest I’ve run before, so let’s do it, and raise some awareness for this cruel disease and the amazing people that choose to give so much of their time and energy to help others.
