On Sunday 22nd April 2018 I will be running the London Marathon, my first ever marathon!

I have chose to fundraise for Mind, a charity who provide advice and support to children, young adults who experience mental health problems.

In 2013 I received support from Mind when I took a year out of university due to panic attacks and anxiety.  Mind have continued to provide me support over the past year when the panic attacks and anxiety crept back into my life.  

Mind have helped me to develop my confidence in all aspects of my life.  I would like to give back to Mind so that they can help others who have been through or are going through similar circumstances and to break the stigma that is associated with mental health.
