Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for the Be Gung-Ho event in Milton Keynes on 9 July 2016.

Without going into details, there is a family very dear to me who have twice had to go through the loss of a child before full term.  It is so hard to watch the people you love go through so much heartache and emotional turmoil, whilst feeling utterly helpless to do anything useful to help them through it.  This is why charities like Sands are so important, to help grieving families understand that they are not alone in coping with the loss and providing much needed support to help them through it.

I appreciate that 5K isn't a particularly long distance, so I shall do you a deal.  If you manage to beat the fundraising goal of £250, I will run another 5K.  Does that sound fair?
