Back in June I was offered an amazing opportunity to be coached for 6 months by the triathlon Gurus at Triumph coaching with all the costs being covered. Together we are working hard towards my A race of the year in October where ill be heading to Ibiza to compete in the European Middle Distance Champs after qualifying in May. In return for all of their help id like to raise some money for Rainbow trust - a charity which helps families with children who have serious illnesses. Triathlon can be a pretty selfish sport with the amount of hours training it requires so it would be great do something alongside it that will hopefully benefit others.
