I'm running my first (and perhaps last!) marathon in memory of my grandad Fred Wall 👴🏻 Suffering from dementia, he was sadly put into care in his final years. As tough as it was seeing him like this, we were thankful for the care and support he got whilst enduring this horrible illness. I'm so grateful for any donations that will support the fantastic work this great charity has done, and always will do, in ensuring that nobody needs to fear getting older.
