Bennett and Game Recruitment in Chichester are raising money for our local mental health charity, Coastal West Sussex Mind.  As a Company we voted them as our Charity of the Year for 2018 and have every ambition to raise as much money as we can to support them!

We believe everyone with mental health issues deserves both respect and access to quality services to support them.

Through our connection with Coastal West Sussex Mind, we understand how important it is for people to be able to talk openly about mental health - this is often the first step to getting help. We know this local charity do amazing work both in supporting people and in campaigning to raise awareness and challenge stigma.

Here in Chichester they support adults with mental health issues and also have a project called Families in Mind where they support parents of young children. This can include mums with postnatal depression, postpartum anxiety, previously diagnosed mental illnesses or those simply struggling to cope or feeling isolated.

Already this year, three members of our staff have raised £647 by running 10k at Chichester Priory Park Run.
