Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Will and I have cycled from London to Paris to beat blood cancer together on many occasions and we have decided, along with 2 other dedicated friends (Peter and Alan), to take on this huge challenge in an attempt to raise some significant sponsorship support for Bloodwise.

Will is the central motivation for this challenge. He had Polio when he was 2 years old and has been unable to walk since. In 2009, he was diagnosed with stage 4 (end stage) Leukamia and given months to live. He has fought adversity throughout his life and turned every negative event into a positive challenge. He is a celebrated Paralympian, Neuroscientist and Medical Director based in Singapore, so is once again travelling a long way to take part in this challenge. Dr William Tan is also the most humble and kindhearted fellow you will ever meet, personifying both passion and compassion.

Please help us to raise money for this incredibly valuable charity.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dave for driving the TORQ van and supporting us on this journey. Without his support, this just wouldn't be possible.
