I was very sorry to hear the news of Taff's death.  I knew that he had been battling for a while with cancer.  My memories of have have always been happy ones.

At the moment I am running in the Dopey Challange and will complete this on Sunday (all being well).  Tomorrow Saturday 7th January I will be running a half marathon and on sunday the 8th I will be runnning a full 26.2 miles.
