On the 29^th July 2018 I will be taking part in
the Ride London Prudential, which is a 100-mile bike ride from the Olympic park and stretches through surrey and ends at Buckingham palace. I will be riding in memory of Oli Leigh who took his own life recently at the age of 16.

In his honour I will be riding for the charity Young minds, my aim is to raise awareness for mental health challenges amongst young people. Young Minds promotes trauma informed practice that helps professionals to support children and young people who have experienced distressing or disturbing times. They offer mental health training and resources for pupils, schools, parents and carers to help children cope with the changes and transitions they experience during their time at school.

My aim is to raise £10,000 for this very worthwhile cause, they need support in raising funds, so that their trained staff can help many troubled teenagers with professional counselling and maybe with your kind donations, we may be able to stop another youngster ending their lives so shortly.
