Im taking part in the Braveheart Triathlon, 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle and half marathon up and down Ben Nevis. Having seen the great work that Maggies do I decided to give some thing back, I have not ran for about 10 years and decided that I would like to push myself outside my comfort zone to help this great cause. Whilst my wife Gayle was undergoing cancer treatment over the last few years Maggies Lanarkshire really helped Gayle on the road to recovery and seeing all the people that are going through difficult times I decided to give something back as a thank you for their support.
