5 a day for August · 1 August 2019

AND seeks to ensure the provision of the best possible education, care, support and opportunities for people of all ages with autism in North Scotland. AND also seeks to support families, improve understanding of autism, and develop best practice amongst carers, professionals and society.

Story

For the entire month of August, I'm planning to run 5km every single day. 4 years ago this would've been a doddle, but these days trying to find the time to run with 3 little kids in the house is proving to be challenging. So by choosing to raise funds for GAS, a charity that is very close to our hearts,  I'll have the motivation to keep going even when I've had a tough day.

I'll post updates at the end of each week so you can see my times etc. Thanks for your donation.

Grampian Autistic Society is a charitable organisation based in Aberdeen which provides support across the Grampian area. Our aims are to ensure the provision of the best possible education, care, support and opportunities for people of all ages with autistic spectrum conditions (ASCs) by supporting families, improving understanding and developing best practice among carers and professionals.
