Story

I am running this 5km Virtual Run in March. This means I can run 5km at any point after entering to get a special Medal.  This medal mummy helped design with the staff at Medal Mad.  They have included, butterflies, the colours of the Beads of Courage, the Gold ribbon symbolising, supporting all Childhood Cancers with a moving bead in the middle.

Anyone can enter the race through the Medal Mad link below.  You can run, jog, or walk the 5km and you don't have to do it all in one go, just make sure you keep evidence of your activity, i do this through my new garmin watch, mummy through her fitbit or strava.  You need to send your evidence to Medal Mad to get your medal.

If you can't do the challenge why not sponsor me in doing the challenge and help us raise as much money for the Beads of Courage Programme at Addenbrookes in EIlish's memory through the Charity Be Child Cancer Aware.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
