Kev is taking part in CET does #MHAW on behalf of Construction Testing Solutions. His challenge is to give up alcohol for 2 weeks, starting on Monday 13th May. Here's what he had to say:

"I’m giving up alcohol for two weeks – what more can I say?

"Anyone who knows me will tell you how tough this challenge is going to be. It’s not just the not drinking part that will get me – it’s getting absolutely annihilated by the lads in the pub when I order my Orange Juice at the bar.

"But on a serious note, we know that Alcohol plays a part in our Mental Health and for some, alcohol plays a big role in the way that they either deal with how they feel, or can have a serious effect on their mental wellbeing."
