2 years ago I was lucky enough to meet Josh Llewellyn-Jones (Founder of the CF Warriors) and could not help but be inspired by the drive, determination & vision he has. Skip forward a couple of years and the CF Warriors are going from strength to strength!

For those of you who don’t know... The CF Warriors have one mission - to motivate children with Cystic Fibrosis to get into exercise to help them extend their life expectancy and live better, healthier lives.

Now being an Ambassador for such an incredible charity means you’ve really got to go for it when fundraising. Leading on nicely to Badwater 135, the world's toughest footrace. A 135 mile run through the hottest place on earth at the hottest time of the year. 100 lucky souls get to run it every year and this year the Welsh are having a crack at it!

I won't be alone on this journey and it is very much a team effort. I'm lucky to be supported by some amazing individuals - Scott Jenkins, John Ortiz, Lawrence Cronk and Stuart Clarke will be by my side for the full duration and have been tasked with getting me through one of the toughest endurance challenges on the planet. I will be running the 135 miles in 118 degrees across 3 mountain ranges with an overall climb of 14,865 feet!

It would be amazing if you could spare a couple of pounds and you can rest easy that the money you give goes directly to the great work Josh and the CF Warriors continue to do.
