To highlight the issues of mental health particularly suicide in young men and to raise money for North Staffs MIND I have decided to channel my energy into something that will help prevent another young person losing their life to such a terrible and invisible illness.

On November 3rd we are holding a charity ball at Crewe Hall in memory of Callum Brundrett, a family friend who sadly passed away earlier this year. My aim is to stay tea total for the month of October as part of the "Stoptober" initiative....a task that those that know me feel is impossible ...lets see ;)
