I'm an awful runner to say the least, but I thought I'd give it a shot if it means I can raise money for an important cause. Victim Support offer victims from all walks of life, their families and witnesses emotional and practical support at the most difficult of times. Trained volunteers help victims deal with the criminal justice system over the course of their trial; assist victims in getting medical treatment or rehoused, and provide emotional support to those who have been victims of domestic violence and other violent crimes. 

Help me raise money for this wonderful charity at the fantastic, all- inclusive Parallel London running event on the 4th September 2016. I'll be doing the 10k run (yes, really).
