Story
Malcolm was only 55 years old when he died. He was a very active man who always lived life to its fullest. Unfortunately when he was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer, there had been no obvious signs. By the time he received his prognosis, the cancer had spread throughout his body, meaning he never really stood a fighting chance. As a family our lives were changed forever!
In his memory, Damien has set up a charity in his name. The charity raises money predominantly for children's cancer. Whilst also supporting bowel cancer and other cancer related causes.
Over the course of the year I am organising a number of different events at Barnham Broom. So far we have managed to raise:
- £540 at the Lady Captains day.
- £190 at Barnham Broom Ladies Open.
- £120 Cash donations.
