Hi Everyone

Thank you so much for supporting me and visiting my just giving page! 

I started running as a New Year’s resolution at the start of 2015 (I know… who actually keeps to them!?)  and since then I have done many 10K and Half Marathons with my Dad Paul and my new Husband Rich. 

Running is a big part of mine and Rich’s relationship and we actually got engaged at the end of Amsterdam marathon in 2019, we were both supposed to do it but sadly I got injured last minute. 

We’ve entered London Marathon ballot for YEARS and so when I finally got my ballot place this year I was so excited for the challenge! It will be a huge personal achievement and any money raised for Alzheimer’s Society will be a massive bonus as it’s such an important charity to both sides of my family.

My Grandpa Alan and my Grandad Len both sadly had the disease and it’s so horrible and heartbreaking to see your loved ones affected by it. 

Anyone able to cheer from the streets of London on October 3rd please let me know and I will look out for you! It will also be on TV and I will have my text messages turned on to read out loud through my headphones so any supportive messages along the way will be SO SO needed!!!
