Just completed a 20mile cycle this morning. Legs fine, derrière tender. Need to get a gel saddle and road tyres on the bike as I think I'm making this a little more difficult than it needs to be!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My 20s were spent non-stop partying, my 30s were spent producing off-spring, now I'm in my 40s I'm having a mid-life crisis.

Please support my mid-life crisis and the Nicola Murray Foundation by digging deep and sponsoring my cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh on 9th September 2012 with Pedal for Scotland.

If I can reach my £250 target my employer, the Royal Bank of Scotland, will also donate £250 to this charity!

Nicola Murray sadly died on 28th April 2010, aged 34, less than four months after being diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. She requested that any fundraising in her name should benefit those with Ovarian cancer.

The Nicola Murray Foundation has been set up in the Memory of Nicola as a means to perpetuate the care and concern that Nicola showed to others in her life.

The foundation is currently supporting research by Edinburgh University and the Edinburgh Western General hospital related to ovarian cancer and HNPCC.
