Dave needs his pain managed due to Elbow Dysplasia.  Best  way of doing this is using a CT scan which is more accurate than xrays.  It's very likely he will need Arthroscopy and or along with surgery. Even with generous discount from The Roundhouse Vet Hospital this will all be very costly.  Dave would be in the best hands with Ross Allan at the Vet Hospital.  Dave is so young and I want to do everything possible to take away his pain and give him a future but I need your help to raise the funds.  I would appreciate it so much if you could help me.
