Carterwood is a multi-award winning consultancy dedicated to long term healthcare, providing advice about development opportunities across both the care home and older people's housing sectors.

This year Carterwood are celebrating their 10th birthday by partaking in ten events throughout the year and are taking the opportunity to fund raise for Parkinson's UK.

Every hour, someone in the UK is told they have Parkinson's. Through this charity, no one has to face Parkinson's alone. They offer friendship, support, expert information and advice and also fund ground breaking research into Parkinson's and they are leading the way to find a cure.

Members of the Carterwood team will be taking part in a number of ultra marathons, 5K runs, a charity quiz night, charity bake sale, and a team sports day.
