Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Clare is 17 months old, and Sunshine and Smiles have been an amazing support to myself, Clare and my family over that time. When Clare was diagnosed with Down Syndrome it was such a scary time, but through the support of Sunshine and Smiles I have embraced this part of who Clare is, and want to give something back to them for everything they have done not just for me but for all families who have gone through the uncertain times we have. 

About the charity

Sunshine & Smiles is a registered charity that provides a support network in Leeds for children and people who have Down syndrome and their families We also run 21 Co. Cafe. Set up in 2011 we are the only specific support network in Leeds and fulfil a vital role in our local community.
