Our friendship started 6 years ago through exercise and it's only strengthened as time has gone on

We encourage each other, celebrate together and right each others crowns when they are crocked.

As you may well know,  we seem to enjoy pushing our limits on lycra clad adventures, be it running Brighton marathon together or completing Ride 100, plus our many cycling adventures.

Now, we decided it's time to push our limits even further with a 4 day cycle ride to Amsterdam in June 2022. Covering 291miles, we will cycle through England, France and Belgium before arriving in Holland on Sunday 12th June.

Please help fight this horrible disease, 4 days of pain doesn't even touch what people go through fighting this.
