We are trying to raise as much money as possible for North Staffordshire MIND who provide support and advice for people struggling with Mental Health issues.

The Cave Chaos team along with Cave members will taking on the following challenges.

Day 1 24th July - 12 hours of "Murph"
As many rounds as possible in 12 hours of:
1 mile run, 100 Pull ups, 200 Press ups, 300 Air Squats, 1 mile run

Day 2 25th July - 12 hour Prowler, Tyre flip and Barbell Team Challenge
In a team of 4 complete:
4 hours of Prowler Push
4 hours Tyre Flip
4 hours Rings of Saturn Barbell complex (Deadlift, Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press) 1 round each ascending ladder

Day 3 26th July - Yorkshire 3 peaks
Cave Chaos team will attempt to complete the distance and do 50 burpee's after every mile.
