Mental Health has always seemed such a taboo subject and has never been an easy one to talk about. Raising awareness and providing support is not only important for those suffering with a mental health problem, but also for families, friends, companions and employers to help understand the difficulties and struggles a person may be going through. The more we understand, the more we are able to offer our support to those who need it. 

Our close knit team at Ceiling Tiles UK, in an effort to raise money for the charity Mind, have decided to climb the highest Mountain in Snowdonia, Wales. Covering an 8 mile distance and a total 6-7 hour hike to the peak of Snowdon and back down again!

Mind, tirelessly campaign to promote the importance of mental health and continuously provide help and comfort for those who need it most. All donations will be greatly appreciated and will help support this wonderful charity. The organisation relies on donations to provide the information and support needed and to continue their campaign for better mental health.

We dedicate this climb to those who bravely speak out about mental health, to those who are finding their way through it and to those who have sadly lost their lives to it.
