On 20th August I will be running the Manchester Big Fun Run in memory of my sister Sophie who sadly died of bowel cancer earlier this year. It's just 5k but we'd be really grateful if you are able to donate any amount to Sophie's two top charities: The Christie and Beating Bowel Cancer.
