About Look Good Feel Better

Look Good Feel Better is a cancer support charity providing wellbeing workshops virtually and in hospitals and cancer centres across the UK. Workshops are led by trained volunteers, who support women, men and young adults who are affected both visibly and emotionally from the side-effects of treatment. The charity helps to improve confidence and self-esteem, provide practical advice, and reduce feelings of isolation and anxiety, enabling a more positive mental attitude during what can be a truly difficult time for people living with cancer.
