Story
Our perfect little boy Chester Mack Drummond was born at 22:08 on Tuesday 7th October 2014 weighing in at 8lb 14oz, however as a result of complications during delivery, he sadly passed away in the early hours of Wednesday 8th October 2014 at 04:56.
During our time in hospital Suzanne, Chester and I received an outstanding level of specialist care, compassion and support from staff within the Special Care Baby Unit and the Newcastle Neonatal Service based in Ward 35 of the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI) in Newcastle upon Tyne. During the hardest days of our lives they worked their socks off to ensure that we were given the highest quality of care and they took the term “supporting families” to another level.
Working alongside the RVI team, the Tiny Lives Trust helps to care for premature and sick new-born babies, their mothers and families in the Special Care Baby Unit. The fund aims to provide the highest quality of care on an ongoing basis and needs to raise at least £150,000 every year to support a range of facilities, staff, and equipment - many of which we and Chester experienced first-hand.

In loving memory of our son and as a way to support other families like ours, we are giving our support to the Tiny Lives Trust. Thanks for your support too.
Love Mark, Suze and our little angel Chester x x x
