On Sunday 21st May 2017, I am taking part in the Half marathon (13 mile) at the Royal Welsh Trail Running Festival. The trail will start and finish in the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells and the trial will go through valleys, fields, woodland tracks and stunning forestries. 

Tenovus Cancer Care are a brilliant charity that help prevent, treat and find a cure for cancer. They also offer support, advice and treatment for cancer patients, information on cancer prevention and funding for research to improve the outcomes for people with cancer.

If you have lost a loved one through cancer, please donate and help Tenovus raise the necessary funds to help find a cure for cancer. All donations are welcome because every little will help this charity.
