On the 1st October 2017, I will be completing the Cardiff Half Marathon in aid of Tenovus Cancer Care. 

The Cardiff Half Marathon is one of the UK's biggest and best road races, on an iconic course around Wales' capital city. The Cardiff Half Marathon has grown into one of the largest road races in the United Kingdom.

Tenovus Cancer Care are a brilliant charity that help prevent, treat and find a cure for cancer. They also offer support, advice and treatment for cancer patients, information on cancer prevention and funding for research to improve the outcomes for people with cancer.

If you have lost a loved one through cancer, please donate and help Tenovus raise the necessary funds to help find a cure for cancer. All donations are welcome because every little will help this charity.
