I set myself the goal of completing an Ironman in 2016 some 4 years ago now as part of my incentive to quit smoking.  The smoking quit has been successful and the incentive has led me to complete many sporting challenges on the way.  This is now the BIG ONE!  Ironman Wales is one of the most challenging Ironman events in the world covering 2.5miles swimming in the sea, 112 miles of hilly cycling and a 26.2 mile marathon up and down the streets of Tenby and Saundersfoot to finish.
